CrossFit is a branded fitness regimen promoted as a competitive fitness sport; CrossFit workouts incorporate elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, power lifting, gymnastics, girevoy sport, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises.
Please Note : The event starts on Day 0 of the fest i.e. March 2 2017
Evaluation Pattern :
The performances will be judged on a relative basis. The best performance will be adjudged the first position, and accordingly the rest of the performances will be rated on the basis of it. The top five performances will be given scores in descending order, from 5 to 1. At the end of each round, scores of all players will be tabulated and subsequently, at the end of the whole competition, scores will be totaled for the final positions. The top three performers will be given cash prizes. Here are the various stages of the event:
- 1-2km run (Position)
- Pull-ups (Number of reps.)
- Squats (Number of reps.)
- Dead lifts (Number of reps. with the given weight)
- Push-ups (Number of reps.)
- Burpees (Number of Reps.)
- Tire Flipping (Number of reps. in the given time frame)
